customers only: Is there something wrong with your printer, and you need to return it to
GCC for repair? Before you call Tech Support to get a Return Authorization (RMA) Number,
print out this form, fill out the requested information and fax the form to GCC Technical
Support at (781) 275-1115. If you are a GCC Authorized Dealer, use the Dealer RMA Request
Form (PDF - 20 KB) instead.
Once you have completed the RMA Authorization form, you must contact GCC Technical
Support to receive a valid RMA number. Do not return your printer without a valid RMA number.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only.
