Flat Rate Repair Pricing for Out-of-Warranty Products
Effective May 6, 2004 (This pricing applies to the US customers only)
The following prices will apply for all product returned to GCC from within the US for out of warranty repair service.
(*) To send your printer in for repair, you must complete the
RMA Authorization form and must obtain a valid RMA # from Technical Support.
All GCC Laser Printers have a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If you purchased directly from GCC, we will
have your original order on file. If not, you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty services.
