Every GCC printer now features WebAdmin™, the first remote printer management solution that utilizes a web browser to configure and control your networked printer. Unlike other remote access systems, WebAdmin is not software driven. In other words, you won't need multiple disks for the Mac, PC, or an upgrade. The GCC WebAdmin system works on every platform and is always up to date. The program is built into the GCC printer itself.

There are three qualifications for using WebAdmin : a networked printer; internet access via a Web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator; and an IP address assigned by a system administrator which represents your printer's location on the network. And that's it.

These three items allow you to access the WebAdmin page for any GCC printer on your network. So you can change any networked printer's paper input option from your desk. Or, your system administrator can check and fix the printer's resolution from the next building.
