Each model comes standard with a universal tray that offers users the flexibility to select a variety of paper sizes up to 13" x 18 1/2" and a 150-sheet multi-purpose tray to handle envelopes, transparencies and larger format paper sizes up to 13" x 35.5". Second and third paper feeders will support up to two additional 500-sheet paper trays for a total maximum tray capacity of 1650 sheets. In addition, to provide true functionality across any network environment, Ethernet (EtherTalk®, TCP/IP, Windows® NT 4.0 and Novell NetWare®) capabilities as well as LocalTalk®, serial, and bi-directional parallel come standard with these professional-quality workgroup laser printers. It is PostScript® Level 2, PCL 5 compatible, allowing unlimited font access and greater flexibility in creating impressive documents. GCC's proprietary AccuGray™ technology is also included to deliver truly accurate halftones, regardless of screen frequency or resolution

The Elite XL 20/600 features 16 MB RAM, 600 x 600 dpi resolution, 20 pages per minute, and oversized printing up to 13" x 35.5" with a printable area of 12.75" x 35.25". This departmental workhorse laser printer features excellent text, line art and half-tone output quality. For even higher resolution, the Elite XL 20/800 provides all the power and capabilities of the 20/600 but with full 800 dpi resolution and 24 MB RAM.
